Our Capabilities

Heavy Copper PCB Solutions

Our specialized heavy copper PCB manufacturing process delivers robust boards capable of handling extreme current loads with excellent thermal management and long-term reliability.

3oz–10oz Heavy Copper

Standard heavy copper range for most power electronics. Perfect for motor drives, battery management systems, and welding equipment applications.

🔋

10oz–20oz Extreme Copper

Ultra-thick copper for the most demanding high-current applications. EV charging stations, large solar inverters, and traction control systems.

🔄

Mixed Copper Weight

Combination of heavy copper bus bars and fine-line signal traces on the same board. Optimizes cost while maximizing current-carrying capability.

🌡️

Heavy Copper + Metal Core

Combine heavy copper traces with aluminum or copper metal core substrates for maximum thermal management in high-power LED and power module applications.

🏭

Power Bus Bar Integration

PCB-embedded copper bus bars for extreme current distribution. Replaces bulky external bus bars with integrated solutions that save space and weight.

🏆

Automotive & Industrial

IATF 16949 certified for automotive. IPC Class 3 for aerospace and defense. UL 94V-0 rated boards available for safety-critical applications.

Our Process

Heavy Copper PCB Manufacturing

1

Copper Cladding

Heavy copper foil (3oz–20oz) is bonded to the substrate using high-pressure lamination for superior adhesion.

2

Pattern Plating

Additional copper is electrodeposited to build up trace thickness. Multi-step plating process ensures uniform coverage.

3

Etching & Profiling

Precision chemical etching forms circuit patterns. CNC routing and scoring for complex board shapes.

4

Thermal Test

Electrical continuity test and thermal imaging verification to ensure current-carrying performance meets specifications.
